• Contact data:name, email, phone, and company provided when filling out the contact form or booking a call.
• Scheduling data:when you book a call through Calendly, that platform collects your name, email, and selected time slot.
• Browsing data:through Google Analytics we collect information about how you use the site (pages visited, time on page, traffic source) via cookies and similar technologies.

3. How we use your data

• To respond to your inquiry and coordinate the diagnostic call.
• To send you information related to the services you requested.
• To understand how the site is used in order to improve it.

We do not use your data for any other purpose, and we do not sell it to third parties.

The legal basis for processing your data under international regulations (such as the GDPR) is your explicit consent when completing our forms, and the legitimate interest of responding to your consulting requests.

We only share data with the providers needed to operate the site:

These providers act as data processors and only process data under our instructions.

5. Cookies

The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, as the supervisory authority under Law 25,326, handles complaints related to non-compliance with data protection rules.

If you are visiting from outside Argentina, we apply the same principles of transparency and control over your data in line with international standards (such as the EU GDPR), including the right to data portability and the right to object to processing.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
